Every Nitric Boost Ultra order is backed by our 60-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee. We want you to feel confident trying the formula — and if it does not meet your expectations, we will refund your purchase.
How the 60-Day Guarantee Works
You have 60 days from the date of your original purchase to request a refund. The 60-day window starts on the order date, not the delivery date. You can request a refund even if you have used the powder daily and the jars are empty.
How to Request a Refund
- Email our support team at support@getnitricboost.com with "Refund Request" in the subject line.
- Include your order number, the email address you used to place the order, and a short note (optional — we do not ask why).
- Our team will respond within 1 to 2 business days with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Ship the jars (used or unused, full or empty) back to the address we provide. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
- Once we receive the return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
What's Covered
- Full refund of the product price for the items purchased
- Refund covers all jars in the order, whether used, partially used, or unopened
What's Not Covered
- Original shipping charges (if any were applied to your order) are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs to send the product back to us
- Refund requests submitted after the 60-day window
- Digital bonus products are non-refundable as a standalone item but do not affect your eligibility for a physical product refund
Damaged or Incorrect Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the damage where possible. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive your returned product:
- Inspection: 1 to 2 business days
- Refund processing: 1 to 3 business days
- Bank or card processing: 3 to 7 business days depending on your financial institution
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued from our end.
Cancellations
If you want to cancel an order before it has shipped, contact us immediately. Orders are processed quickly — usually the same business day — so cancellation may not be possible if the order has already entered the fulfillment queue. In that case, simply follow the refund process once the order arrives.
Subscriptions
Nitric Boost Ultra is sold as a one-time purchase only. There are no subscriptions, no auto-shipments, and no recurring charges. If you want more product later, you simply place a new order.
